As the screening of companies in our database is an ongoing activity there may sometimes be a delay of a few days in responding to your request.

As the requests are personally handled by one of our staff - not just generated by a computer program. We take what you tell us about your individual mix of window treatments and find blind/drapery cleaners (whenever possible) who can service every type of window treatment you listed. (Ironically, some blind cleaners only do mini blinds - while others do just about everything but minis.)

Referrals are given as a courtesy to you the consumer. We have no control over the quality of service, pricing or competence of companies referred. Ultimately it is your responsibility to determine whether or not you wish to do business with them or any other blind cleaning firm you may know. Please feel free to contact us with appropriate feedback regarding your experience with any blind cleaner. Your input as a consumer is vital and necessary to ensuring the quality of our network. While most reports are positive, occasionally we may be able to help you resolve concerns if service(s) provided did not meet your expectations.
